According to the press service of the Moscow Department of the Ministry of emergency situations, almost 30 new natural fires on an area of about 40 hectares occurred in the morning of Monday, July 19, Moscow region, their fighting was attracted aviation MOE. In particular, the fires were recorded in Shatura, Orekhovo-Zuevo and Yegoryevsk districts of the Moscow region, RIA Novosti reported.
The smell in the air is felt in the East and South-East of the capital, in particular, Volgograd, Ryazan prospectus, shosse Entuziastov, Kosino, Novokosino and Zhulebino. From this side to the city went smoke burning in peatlands. The smell of burning is felt and also in the North and North-West of the capital, for example on the Leningrad highway in the area of the Falcon, \”Interfax\”.
In case of deterioration of the environmental situation, the doctors have advised residents of Moscow and Moscow region to wear protective masks. In addition, people are advised less to the outdoors.
According to the chief sanitary doctor of Russia Gennady Onishchenko, the smoke from the peat dangerous for people, especially those suffering from respiratory diseases and allergies.
