We are talking about Lipetsk, Voronezh, Ulyanovsk, Saratov, Orenburg, Samara, Kurgan regions and Bashkiria, a number of districts of the Chelyabinsk, Rostov, Volgograd and Astrakhan regions, Kalmykia and the southern part of Tatarstan, said “RIA Novosti”.
In the thirteen districts of the Orenburg region regime introduced an emergency. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the area at the moment was lost 362.8 thousand hectares of crops, and in the future is expected to grow to 1.3 million hectares. In two districts of Kalmykia also introduced state of emergency: 22.5 killed thousands of hectares of crops, of which the territory Maloderbet area – 5,982 thousand hectares, accounting for 72% of the total arable land in the area, according to the ministry. Due to soil drought, lack of rain, a temperature higher than long-term average by 3-4 degrees emergency mode introduced in two districts of Chuvashia.
