peas – 10-15 pcs.; salt – 0.5 g. Pour pepper and salt into a bottle of moonshine, shake, insist 30 days. Filter, store in a dark and cool place.

Pepper and red and black pepper.

Double distillation moonshine 40.0% – 1 liter; ground red pepper – 3 grams; ground black pepper – 5 grams. We mix all the components, insist 5 days, remove from the sediment, filter.

Pepper and dill.

Double distillation moonshine 40.0% – 1 liter; red peppers – 1 pod; dill – 1 branch. Cut pepper together with seeds and fill it with moonshine, add a sprig of dill, insist 5 days, filter.

Country pepper.

Double distillation moonshine 40.0% – 1 liter; red peppers – 1 pod; currant leaf – 10 pieces. We mix all the components, insist 3 days, filter.

Pepper and garlic.

Vodka – 1 liter; red peppers – 3 pcs.; garlic – 2 cloves. Cut each clove of garlic into 4 parts and dip in vodka, put pepper there too. After a week, get everything that floats and repeat the procedure, but with fresh ingredients. The desired effect will be achieved in 2 weeks.

Pepper tincture with garlic.

Double distillation moonshine diluted to 40.0–45.0% – 1 liter; ground red pepper – 0.3 teaspoon; garlic – 1 head; bay leaf – 2 pcs. We mix all the components, stand for 10-14 days, stirring daily. After filtering through a cotton-gauze filter. Give “rest” another 2-3 days.

Pepper with garlic and lemon.

Moonshine 40.0% – 1 liter; red peppers – 0.3 pods; garlic – 1 head; bay leaf – 2 pcs.; lemon juice – 6 tbsp. spoons. The cloves of garlic are chopped, together with pepper and bay leaf, poured with vodka, corked tightly and insisted for 20 days. Then the tincture is drained, filtered, lemon juice is added and refrigerated.

Simple pepper with honey.

Wheat and barley grain moonshine 40.0% – 1.0 liter; fresh hot red pepper – 0.3 pods (for those who prefer sharper 1-3 pods); clover honey – 2 tablespoons. My pepper, cut, remove the seeds and partitions. Mix all the ingredients. We insist for two weeks, remove from sediment, filter.

Vanilla peppers with honey.

Double distillation moonshine diluted to 40.0–45.0% – 1 liter; red hot pepper – 2 pods; black pepper – 5 peas; allspice – 5 peas; honey – 1 tablespoon; vanilla sugar – 5 grams. Grind the pepper. Mix all the ingredients. We insist 10 days. We filter.

Clove pepper with honey.

Moonshine 40.0% – 1.0 liter; black pepper – 3 peas; cloves – 2 buds; honey – 1 tablespoon. We remove the seeds from pepper. Mix all the ingredients. We insist a week. We filter.

Pepper tincture with honey and cinnamon.

Double distillation moonshine diluted to 40.0% – 1 liter; red hot pepper – 2 pods; honey – 1 tablespoon; cinnamon – 2 sticks. Time: 10-14 days. Mix, insist, filter.

Pepper with honey and hypericum.

Moonshine of double or triple distillation up to 40.0% – 1 liter; red hot pepper – 0.5 pod; honey – 1 tablespoon; St. John’s wort – 1 tablespoon. Time: 10-14 days. Mix all the ingredients, insist, remove from the sediment, filter.

Pepper with honey and coriander.

Triple distillation moonshine diluted to 45.0% – 1 liter; red hot pepper – 0.5 pod; allspice – 5 peas; honey – 2 tablespoons; coriander – 5 grams; garlic – 3 prongs; paprika – 10 grams. Time: 14 days. Mix, insist, filter.

Pepper with walnut partitions.

Distillate 60% – 1 liter; chilli peppers – 0.3 pods; walnut partitions – 5 pieces; ginger – 2 rings; coriander – 10 seeds; cumin – 1/4 teaspoon; lemon oil – 2-3 drops; honey – 1 teaspoon. In raw alcohol add 2-3 drops of lemon oil, stand a couple of days and fractionally distill. All components of tinctures, except for honey, are filled with 60% distillate and left for two weeks, periodically shaking. We filter, add 500 ml of water, honey. We stand two more weeks. Remove from sediment, filter.

Honey pepper with cloves and caraway seeds.

Moonshine 40.0% – 1.0 liter; fresh hot red pepper – 1 pod; black pepper – 4 peas; honey – 1 tablespoon; cloves – 2 things; cumin – a pinch. Mix all the ingredients except honey. We insist 14 days, shake daily. Add honey. We insist another 14 days. We filter.

Honey pepper with cloves and cinnamon.

Double distillation moonshine diluted to 40.0% – 1 liter; honey – 2 tablespoons; chili pepper – 1/3 of the pod; cloves – 1 bud; cinnamon stick – 1 cm; black pepper – 7 peas; allspice – 3 peas. Cut the pepper along, peel the seeds, cut the tail. Pepper and allspice slightly crush. We dilute honey with moonshine and add to the container. We insist 10 days, filter, defend another 10 days, remove from the sediment through the filter. Then filter again. If the hotness is insufficient, then you can insist pepper for another week.

Pepper tincture on pine cones with honey.

Distillate 40.0% – 1 liter; hot red peppers – 1/3 of the pod; black pepper – 3 peas; allspice – 3 peas; pine green cones – 3 pieces; bay leaf – 2 leaves; mint – 1 tablespoon; vanillin – on the tip of a knife; honey – 2-3 tablespoons. Time: 30-40 days. Finely chop the cones. Mix all the ingredients, insist, stirring daily. After we remove from the sediment, filter. Let’s rest another week.

Green pepper.

Double distillation moonshine diluted to 45.0% – 1 liter; green gooseberries – 100 grams; currant leaf – 15 pieces; green hot pepper – 0.3 pods; black pepper – 3 peas; white pepper – 3 peas; Jamaican pepper – 3 peas; grain of paradise – 5 pieces; cinnamon – a slice of 0.3 cm; wormwood steppe – 0.5 teaspoon; honey – 1 tablespoon. We insist 10 days gooseberry and currant leaf on moonshine. We mix 200 grams of the obtained infusion with other ingredients, pour moonshine to a liter, we insist for another 10 days. We filter.

Pepper with honey and cognac.

Moonshine 40.0% – 1.0 liter; fresh hot red pepper — 0.3 pods; black pepper – 5 peas; honey – 1 tablespoon; cloves – 2 things; cumin – a pinch; cognac – 50 ml. Mix all the ingredients except honey, cut the pods. We insist 15 days, shake daily. Add honey. We insist another 15 days. We filter.

Tincture of horseradish, ginger and pepper.

Double distillation moonshine diluted to 40.0-1 liter; horseradish root – 50 grams; black pepper – 10 peas; cloves – 1 bud; ginger – 3 grams; honey – 2 teaspoons. We mix all components of tinctures and we insist 14 days. After we filter through a cotton-gauze filter. Give “rest” another 2-3 days.

Pepper tincture with honey on oak bark.

Double distillation moonshine 40.0% – 1.0 liter; fresh hot red pepper — 1-2 pods; allspice – 2 peas; koraduba – 1 teaspoon; honey – 1 tablespoon. We mix all the ingredients in a glass jar, put, having closed the lid in a water bath, stand, not bringing to a boil. After insisting 2 weeks. We filter.

Pepper and Prune Tincture.

Moonshine double distillation 45.0% – 1 liter; black pepper – 8 peas; allspice – 2 peas; prunes – 6 pieces; cloves – 2 buds; galangal – 0.3 teaspoon. We mix all the ingredients, pour moonshine to a liter, we insist 10 days. We filter.

Pepper tincture with dried apricots.

Double distillation moonshine 40.0% – 1 liter; red peppers – 1 pod; dried apricots – 100 grams; sugar – 2 teaspoons. Time: 10-14 days. Mix, insist, filter.

Pepper tincture with berries and fruits.

Double distillation moonshine diluted to 45.0% – 1 liter; black pepper – 5 peas; allspice – 3 peas; prunes – 6 pieces; sweet cherry with pits – 20-30 pieces; cloves – 4 buds; sugar – 2 tablespoons. We mix everything with the ingredients, pour the moonshine to a liter, we insist 7-10 days. We filter.

Tincture on apples with pepper.

Moonshine (better fruit, even better apple) 50.0% – 1.0 liter; apples – 200 grams; nutmeg – 0.3 teaspoons; black pepper – 5 peas; allspice – 3 peas; vanillin – on the tip of a knife; sugar – 2 teaspoons. Time: 30 days. Cut the apples into small pieces, mix all the ingredients. We insist. We filter

Raisins with pepper.

Double distillation moonshine diluted to 40.0% – 1 liter; black pepper – 7 peas; raisins – 10 pieces; black tea – 1/2 teaspoon; sugar – 2 teaspoons; bay leaf – 1 small; vanillin – on the tip of a knife. We mix all the components, stand for 7-10 days, stirring daily. After we filter through a cotton-gauze filter.

Cinnamon Pepper.

Moonshine of grain double distillation diluted to 40.0% – 1 liter; black pepper – 5 peas; allspice – 3 peas; red peppers – 0.3 pods; cinnamon (stick) – 0.3 cm; inverted sugar or honey – 2 tablespoons. We mix all the components, stand for 10-14 days, stirring daily. After we remove from the sediment, filter. Give “rest” another 2-3 days.

Pepper pepper with horseradish and bell pepper.

Double distillation moonshine diluted to 40.0% – 1 liter; red peppers – 1 pod; sweet bell pepper – 1 pod; horseradish root – 50 grams. We train with bars, peppers we clear of partitions and seeds, mix all the ingredients, pour moonshine to a liter, we insist 14 days. We filter.

Double distillation moonshine diluted to 40.0% – 1 liter; oak bark – 0.3 teaspoon; black pepper – 3 peas; allspice – 3 peas; pine cones – 3 pieces; bay leaf – 1 leaf; tarragon – 0.3 teaspoon; St. John’s wort – 0.3 teaspoon; dry citrus peel – 50 grams; walnut partitions – 5 pieces; vanillin – on the tip of a knife.

In moonshine put partitions of walnut, we insist 3-5 days. Filter, add the remaining components. In this case, the cones are chopped. We mix all components, we insist 30-40 days, stirring daily. After we filter through a cotton-gauze filter.
