Ice coffee in Liege style.
To make coffee according to this recipe, you need a fair amount of perseverance and work, as well as some skills. Sometimes coffee in Liège is also called ice cream in Liège. 3 tbsp. spoons of instant coffee dilute 5-6 tbsp. spoons of boiling water. Dissolve 1/2 cup sugar in 1/4 cup water and cook in a saucepan until it can be pulled from syrup threads. French glazed coffee.
1 can of condensed milk, 200 g of chilled milk, 1/4 liter of black coffee, 50 g of sugar, 60 g of coffee beans. Mix condensed and cold milk in a bowl, pour coffee into this mixture and again mix everything thoroughly. Make sure that the mass turned out to be aromatic, to improve the aroma, you can add a few drops of coffee liquor or coffee essence to it. Add coffee beans and pour everything into an ice mold, making sure that the beans are evenly distributed in each cell. Put in the freezer, but do not allow the formation of ice.
