Put the cleaned fish with spices and roots in cold water. Cook until the fish begins to fall apart. Strain the finished broth, pour in the rice and cook until tender. Peel the tomatoes, mash and put in the broth 5 minutes before the end of cooking.

Required: 350 g hake, 1 onion, 300 g potatoes, 1 carrot, 60 g butter, root and parsley, allspice to taste, bay leaf, a pinch of salt, 3 tbsp. l lemon juice. Prepare the broth from the fish. In a boiling broth, put finely chopped carrots, potatoes, onions, parsley root, pepper, bay leaf and salt. Cook for 20–25 minutes. Before serving, season with butter, which is mixed with chopped parsley or dill and lemon juice.

Required: 500 g of thawed sprats, 500 g of potatoes, 1 onion, 2 tsp. butter, bay leaf, basil, fennel fruit. Pour the prepared fish with water and bring to a boil. Cut potatoes, onions and dip in the broth, cook for 20 minutes. After 10-12 minutes, salt the ear, put spices and cook a little. Before serving, season with oil or sour cream.

Canned Fish Soup Recipe.

Requires: 1 can of canned fish, 350 g of fresh cabbage, 1 onion, 1 tbsp. l butter, 1 carrot, parsley root, grated horseradish, dill, herbs, a pinch of salt, black pepper, bay leaf. Put prepared and chopped fish, as well as vegetables and flavoring seasonings, put in a pot, fill with cold water and cook until soft. Wipe the contents of the pot through a sieve, removing the fish bones. Mix flour with hot milk and mashed mashed potatoes. Boil the mixture for 10 minutes. Before serving, put the egg yolk in the soup, stir it, sprinkle with chopped dill or parsley. You can add slices of fresh tomato.

Shrimp Puree Soup.

Required: 500 g of shrimp, 2 carrots, 1 onion, 3-4 tbsp. l flour, 1.5 cups of milk, 1 egg. Required: 1 kg of fish of different species, 2 onions, parsley root, 2 bay leaves, 3 peas of black and allspice, 2 l of water. Tuna fish soup recipe.
