Dry well to break when bent.

Cucumber drying.

Cucumber is the king of vegetable chips. Due to their large size, it’s so convenient to scoop up something tasty. Shop cucumbers are almost always waxed. At the same time, their peel seems oily or mucous and will have to be cleaned. After that, cut the cucumber at an angle into thin, 3-4 mm. oval slices. The second way is to chop the potatoes and boil them for five minutes before drying, that is, on a wire rack under which water is boiling in the pan.

Grinding steamed vegetables in mashed potatoes, laying it in a thin layer and drying, you will get excellent vegetable cakes and biscuits for every taste.
