Intensive Workshop from SERE CSAR Survival School Applied Self Defense System.

The Applied Self-Defense System is an author’s program based on knowledge of human anatomy and human biomechanics, which allows one to learn how to withstand almost any violent threats in the shortest time, regardless of the level of one’s own physical development and fitness..

Topics covered at the workshop.

Principles and methods of unbalancing.
Zones and points of active damage on the human body.
Counteraction to the armed opponent.
Self-defense using improvised items.
Psychological training – exercises against fear.

Lesson plan.

December 3rd.
11.00 – 11.30 – Gathering near the entrance to school No. 18. Safety measures during training.
11.30 – 14.30 – Warm up. Classes on the topic “Principles and methods of unbalancing”.
14.30 – 15.30 – Break. Snack.
15.30 – 18.30 – Classes on the topic “Zones and points of active damage on the human body”.
18.30 – Graduation.

December 4th.
10.00 – 10.30 – Collection on site. Class preparation.
10.30 – 13.30 – Classes on the topic “Countering an armed enemy”.
13.30 – 14.30 – Break. Snack.
14.30 – 18.00 – Classes on the topic “Self-defense using improvised objects” and “Psychological preparation – exercises against fear”.
18.00 – Graduation. Nonresident or interested persons have the opportunity to stay overnight.

Required Equipment.

1. Comfortable training clothes and shoes.
2. Imitation weapons (training knife and gun) – if possible.
3. Those wishing to stay overnight – a rug and a sleeping bag.
