Actually, we’ve taken a couple of days. This is a triggers process for preserving. And no, not by direct ingestion. Grapes lay a little bit, after which we begin to squeeze. Stupidly by hand. Oilcake will be a lot, but it’s not scary. You can also use a juicer, if, of course, you have it at hand.

Get the solution of the batter. Set on medium heat. Without boiling, we’re getting into the juice. A thin trickle is needed for uniform mixing of liquids so that lumps are not formed. Slightly reduce the heat and leave the liquid evaporated. At this stage, you can adjust the amount of sugar to taste. It should make something like a paste or thick jelly.

We clean the nuts. It is possible to close a loop.

Dip shell string churchkhela, keep it dry. This can be repeated. After that, we’ve taken a dry and well-ventilated room for at least 5 days. Someone recommends drying in direct sunlight. Here you need to remember churchkhela Since it is water, it will evaporate further.

As you can see, it can be upgraded at any stage. If you don’t need to bother you, you’ll get another Georgian long-term storage dish called “pelamushi“.
